Boland + Partners Real Estate (BPRE) currently leases over 40,000 square feet of high-end residential rental units and also undertakes various renovation projects in the Buffalo, NY area. Founded by our President, Dan Boland, in 2013, the company strives to offer the best combination of affordable rent, high quality spaces and unmatched tenant service. Dan is a licensed realtor in the state of New York and has been investing and transacting in real estate for over 10 years in both New York and California. Moving forward, Dan will lead the effort to grow the BPRE portfolio of properties by expanding into the South Florida region. This expansion will begin with investment in short-term rental homes and subsequently involve the acquisition of larger apartment buildings.
BPRE recently converted several of our Buffalo area units into fully furnished and well appointed short-term rentals in order to offer travelers, folks in town on work assignments, those in between home sale & purchase transactions and others the opportunity to stay with us. Our Vice President of Operations, Melissa Boland, incorporated her previous experience in marketing operations and automation to set up a streamlined booking and management process for these short-term stay units. Prior to joining BPRE, Melissa worked in marketing leadership roles for more than 8 years at large technology and defense companies.
BPRE is also a big believer in supporting its local community. We put this belief into action by supporting the Say Yes Buffalo initiative, which is making huge strides in improving public schools in the city of Buffalo by offering full college tuition assistance for high school graduates. The programs implemented by Say Yes have helped produce rising graduation and college attendance rates at the city’s high schools.
